As the owner of Pollard Machin, Andrew focuses on the continual development of the Land & New Homes Division whilst overseeing the residential Estate Agency, confident that his experienced sales staff continue to strive for excellence and to maintain the high reputation of Pollard Machin. Andrew is a keen cyclist having completed several endurance rides for charity.

Ann has worked in Estate Agency for over 25 years. Ann manages the day to day running of the office ensuring that we deliver a first-class service to all our clients. She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the business and is always on hand to give advice and guidance to other members of staff. Ann enjoys spending time with her family and long walks.

Adam joined Pollard Machin in 2023 bringing with him over 15 years’ experience in the property industry across Sussex, Surrey and Central London. As our Sales Manager, he is an integral member of the team giving confidence to both sellers and buyers offering invaluable local property knowledge and prides himself on excellent customer service. Away from work Adam enjoys family time with two young sons Arthur and Oliver, he is also a keen football fan and having previously been a chef still likes to keep busy in the kitchen.

Jenna has over 15 years’ experience in Estate Agency, spending time in roles spanning from a branch manager through to a senior sales consultant, so rest assured you are in capable hands. Jenna is extremely personable and has an exceptional ability to build strong and long lasting relationships with our clients. Outside of work Jenna loves spending time with her two girls and socialising with her friends. Jenna is a versatile member of the team and will be on hand to help you with every stage of a property sale!

Adam joined Pollard Machin in 2024 after a successful career in Sales and Property Development. He has transferred these skills seamlessly to estate agency and has hit the ground running as a sales consultant. Living locally, he has great knowledge of the local area and amenities. Outside of work he enjoys long walks and regularly attending the gym to keep himself fit.
Brodie Hill - Land and New Homes

Brodie heads up the Land and New Homes division at Pollard Machin. He has worked both full and part-time in Estate Agency since an early age whilst studying Property Development & Planning at the University of the West of England and continues his studies to become an RICS Chartered Development Surveyor. Since graduating Brodie’s base has been London, working in development and planning with BNP Paribas and CEG. Having travelled extensively around the world Brodie is a keen surfer and golfer, always enjoying the outdoor life.

Mike has vast knowledge and experience of the industry, owning and running the Lettings & Management Division at Pollard Machin for over 25 years. Mike has also successfully grown the block management department over the past 10 years. Mike manages to find time to play at his local cricket team in the summer and as an ex-player of Sutton United FC is heavily involved as a Director on the Board.

Matt has successfully managed the Lettings Division for over 5 years having gained previous experience in both property management and lettings before achieving promotion to this role. Matt loves sport and has gained coaching qualifications in both football and cricket as well as being club Captain at his local cricket club for the past 3 years.
